Healthcare on Antigua itself, centred on Mount St. John's Medical Centre, is reasonable for a Caribbean destination, but Barbuda's much smaller population means facilities there are minimal — anyone with a serious medical concern on Barbuda should expect transfer to Antigua or further afield.
